Compliance Officer
  • Regulatory Compliance Oversight — Monitor adherence to FCA, PRA, and AML/CTF requirements, ensuring policies, controls, and procedures meet current regulatory standards.
  • Risk Assessment & Monitoring — Conduct compliance risk assessments, thematic reviews, and ongoing monitoring to identify gaps, emerging risks, and control weaknesses.
  • KYC/AML Governance — Oversee customer due‑diligence processes, review escalations, support SAR decision‑making, and ensure robust financial‑crime controls.
  • Policy, Training & Advisory — Maintain compliance policies, deliver staff training, and provide clear guidance to business teams on regulatory obligations and best practice.
  • Reporting & Issue Management — Prepare compliance MI, support internal/external audits, track remediation actions, and escalate issues to senior management where required.
Personnel specialist
  • Employee Records & HRIS Management — Maintain accurate personnel files, update HR systems, and ensure data integrity across employment lifecycle events.
  • Recruitment & Staffing Support — Coordinate job postings, screen candidates, schedule interviews, and assist hiring managers with selection processes.
  • Onboarding & Offboarding — Facilitate smooth employee entry and exit processes, ensuring documentation, induction, and compliance steps are completed.
  • Policy, Compliance & Advisory — Support adherence to HR policies, employment law, and organisational standards while providing guidance to employees and managers.
  • Employee Relations & Support — Respond to staff queries, assist with issue resolution, and contribute to engagement, wellbeing, and performance initiatives.
HR analyst
  • Data & Reporting — Analyse HR metrics (turnover, headcount, recruitment, absence) and produce clear dashboards and insights to support decision‑making.
  • Process Improvement — Review HR processes (onboarding, performance, payroll inputs) and recommend efficiency, compliance, and automation enhancements.
  • Policy & Compliance Support — Assist with policy updates, audit checks, and adherence to employment law, GDPR, and internal controls.
  • Recruitment & Workforce Planning — Support hiring teams with screening, scheduling, and workforce data to ensure roles are filled efficiently and strategically.
  • Employee Experience & Systems — Maintain HRIS accuracy, resolve employee queries, and contribute to engagement, wellbeing, and performance initiatives.
Business Development Manager
  • Drive Commercial Lending Growth — Source, assess, and convert SME and corporate lending opportunities, ensuring alignment with the bank’s credit appetite, risk frameworks, and profitability targets.
  • Manage Client Portfolios — Build and maintain strong relationships with business customers, conducting regular reviews, identifying financial needs, and positioning suitable banking products (loans, trade finance, cash‑management, FX).
  • KYC & Onboarding Oversight — Support end‑to‑end onboarding by gathering required documentation, ensuring accurate KYC/AML checks, and collaborating with compliance teams to meet regulatory standards.
  • Market & Sector Analysis — Monitor economic trends, industry risks, and competitor offerings to identify new business segments, refine value propositions, and inform strategic growth plans.
  • Performance & Pipeline Management — Maintain accurate CRM records, track deal progress, forecast revenue, and report on pipeline health, conversion rates, and portfolio performance..
Support Expert
  • Personal Care & Daily Living Support — Assist individuals with personal care, meal preparation, medication prompts, and day‑to‑day tasks to promote independence and dignity.
  • Emotional & Social Support — Build positive relationships, provide companionship, and encourage participation in social, educational, and community activities.
  • Care Planning & Record‑Keeping — Follow individual care plans, monitor wellbeing, and maintain accurate daily notes, incident reports, and safeguarding documentation.
  • Safety, Safeguarding & Compliance — Ensure a safe environment, follow safeguarding procedures, and adhere to health‑and‑safety, confidentiality, and regulatory standards.
  • Collaboration & Advocacy — Work with families, healthcare professionals, and support teams to meet individual needs and advocate for the person’s rights and preferences.
Risk Officer
  • Risk Identification & Assessment — Monitor operational, financial, and regulatory risks, conducting structured assessments to highlight emerging issues and control gaps.
  • Risk Monitoring & Reporting — Track key risk indicators, maintain risk registers, and produce clear MI for senior management and governance committees.
  • Policy & Framework Support — Implement and maintain risk policies, standards, and frameworks, ensuring alignment with regulatory expectations and internal controls.
  • Incident & Issue Management — Investigate risk events, support root‑cause analysis, and drive remediation actions to strengthen controls and prevent recurrence.
  • Stakeholder Advisory — Provide guidance to business teams on risk matters, support change initiatives, and promote a strong risk‑aware culture across the organisation.
